This mixed use development in Mountain Village boasts magnificent mountain views, and ski out accommodations for those who choose to make it their second (or third, or fourth) home.
Our scope of work includes the lobby, corridors, offices, all residential units, spa, and pool on the interior. Our scope of work for the exterior is to design the lighting for the entire plaza. When we presented our creative and unique design to the Design Review Board, it was so well received that one board member felt that instead of us having to subscribe to what currently exists in Mountain Village, Mountain Village should subscribe to what we designed.
Clever use of fluorescent technology (even in cold weather) and light emitting diodes creates both a serene space, but also takes into consideration heightened safety and security concerns. |
