The lighting for this modern twelve thousand foot residence was designed and built in ten months.

It was an amazing accomplishment for the construction managers Interior Management (Mark Martinez) and the architect Henry Jessup.

The lighting incorporates clean architectural fixture in very strict alignments creating a warm glow throughout the space.

Beautiful decorative lighting (and interior design) by S.R. Gambrel completes the open architecture.

We also designed the lighting control system, complete down to the faceplate engravings.
